I had a delightful stay at The Chattanoogan, especially enjoying the lovely spa services and the beautiful hotel grounds. The location is perfect for exploring downtown, with dining and attractions just a short walk away. However, I did encounter a few small issues such as some unstocked amenities in the room and a lack of room service on one occasion, which slightly impacted my overall experience.
My experience at the Chattanoogan Hotel was overall fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, making our family celebration truly special. The suite was spacious and comfortable, adding to our enjoyment. However, the location faced some construction, which was a bit of an eyesore during our stay. Despite this, the overall value was great, especially with the delicious breakfast options that really stood out.
The Chattanoogan Hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with staff who go above and beyond for their guests. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the suite rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, some maintenance issues in our room and limited food options at the restaurant left much to be desired. Overall, it was a solid experience, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
Our recent stay was off to a rocky start due to the chaotic check-in and lack of communication from the staff. The room was clean but unfortunately had an awkward view and was positioned near noise sources. Additionally, while we enjoyed some small aspects of our experience, such as the breakfast and the bar service, the overall dining options were quite limited and left us searching for better choices outside the hotel. It’s clear there are some areas needing improvement, especially given the high prices associated with parking and services.
I was really hoping for a nice getaway, but this stay turned out to be quite the letdown. The cleanliness of the room was a plus, and I did appreciate the good breakfast options, but the service was lacking and the noise from other guests made it tough to enjoy my stay. Plus, the view was a big disappointment, especially for a special occasion.
